Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. In line with the clinical diagnostic criteria of solar keratosis in western medicine (refer to Andrews Clinical Dermatology, 10th edition, Science Press, 2008, 2nd edition, 678 pages, clinical manifestations of solar keratosis as diagnostic criteria), all patients were diagnosed by dermatoscopy and pathological biopsy. 2. Good compliance and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women; 2. Persons with diseases of the immune system; 3. Allergic to drug ingredients; 4. Patients who had received any physical therapy or topical medication in the first four weeks of the trial; 5. Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, and psychosis; 6. Discontinue or change the tested drugs and methods at will during the study period; 7. Failure to follow the prescribed medication, inability to judge the efficacy, or incomplete data affecting the efficacy or safety judgment.
