Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Those who clearly have lumbar pathological changes and are suitable for lumbar minimally invasive surgery; (2) Over 18 years of age, no gender limit; (3) AST, ALT, BUN, Cr not more than double the normal value; (4) Those with active infectious diseases such as hepatitis A, hepatitis B, AIDS, tuberculosis, etc.; (5) The subject agrees to participate in the trial and signs an informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with general surgical contraindications; (2) Patients with severe lumbar spinal stenosis, severe spondylolisthesis, severe scoliosis, etc.; (3) Patients with severe mental or mental illness; (4) Patients considered by the researcher to be unsuitable to participate in this clinical study.
