Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sentinel lymph node biopsy is required for pathologically confirmed breast cancer aged 20-80 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Prior history of fluorescein allergy and breast or axillary surgery; 2. Abnormal creatinine level; 3. Abnormal liver function; 4. Preoperative axillary lymph nodes have a high degree of suspicious or histologically confirmed metastases.
