Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. born biologically male; 2. aged 18 years or above; 3. ever had sex with another man; 4. were influencers on spreading HIV and STI information (based on a leadership scale, mean score >3; 5. willing to distribute syphilis testing packages or referral links to their peers; 6. willing to provide personal contact information for future follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. unwilliing to sign up informed consent; 2. already been a recipient in our study.
