18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-89 years; 2. Selective cardiac surgery will be performed in the median sternal incision under the extracorporeal circulation; 3. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Already received mechanical ventilation before surgery; 2. The aortic arch and other deep hypothermic stopping operations; 3. Heart transplantation, pulmonary arterial thrombosis; 4. Undergoing cardiac surgery again during this hospitalization; 5. Already joined other similar researchers.
