Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged >= 45; 2) Stable CAD with definite diagnosis, including stable stage after 3 months of chronic stable exertional angina (coronary stenosis with objective evidence, such as moderate or above coronary artery stenosis confirmed by CTA, or coronary artery diameter stenosis confirmed by coronary angiography exceeding 50%), ischemic cardiomyopathy and acute coronary syndrome (ACS); 3) And / or 3 months after diagnosis of ischemic stroke or TIA; 4) Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Brain lesions caused by brain injury, poisoning, tumor stroke, hypertensive encephalopathy, abnormal blood glucose, encephalitis and severe dysfunction of important organs of the body; 2) Simple cardiogenic stroke 3) Simple lacunar stroke 4) Limb missing, unable to perform ABI test.
