Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Transcranial CT or MRI confirmed as acute stroke patients; 2. Patients aged 18 and above, with clear consciousness, stable vital signs; 3. Informed and consent to join the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic and endocrine diseases; 2. Patients with severe cognitive impairment or intellectual impairment.
