Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) 18-80 years old; 2) Patients who are diagnosed with spinal tumors and are planned to undergo surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) History of stroke; 2) History of coronary heart disease; 3) Those who are contraindicated with erythropoietin drugs; 4) Those who are contraindicated with tranexamic acid injection; 5) Patients who are participating in other clinical trials; 6) Researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trials.
