18 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: at least 18 years old and no more than 85; 2. Clinical imaging assessment of confirmed cerebral infarction patients; 3. Onset time of acute ischemic stroke is within 24 hours; 4. The family members of the patient signed the informed consent form and cooperated with clinical treatment and follow-up
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of recurrent cerebral infarction or myocardial infarction; 2. Patients with contraindications for CTA or CTP examination; 3. The specific time of onset is not certain; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Patients with other systemic refractory diseases, such as tumors and blood diseases; 6. The patient has an estimated survival time of less than 1 year due to other severe systemic diseases.
