Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Type 2 diabetes above 60 years old with at least 2 cardiovascular risk factors below: a) Smoking; b) Patients with low or low density lipoprotein cholesterol (>= 3.4mmol /L) who received lipid-lowering treatment within 6 months or were diagnosed but not treated; c) High-density lipoprotein cholesterol = 2.3mmol /L; d) Treatment for hypertension, or untreated increase in blood pressure (systolic pressure >= 140 mmHg or diastolic pressure >= 95 mmHg); e) Waist-hip ratio > 1.0 (male) or > 0.8 (female); 2. HbA1c and GA were measured >= 3 times within 2 years before admission; 3. Signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetic ketoacidosis, malignant tumor, autoimmune disease, blood diseases and a history of mental illness, severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. History of alcohol/drug abuse; 3. Long-term use of hormone or steroids therapy; 4. Pregnancy; 5. Patients planning to receive bariatric surgery; 6. Severe anemia and hypoproteinemia.
