18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. BMI >= 40kg/m2 and(or)BMI>35kg/m2 with other internal diseases; 3. ASA grade II to III;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of acute lung injury or acute respiratory distress syndrome within 3 months before operation; 2. Received mechanical ventilation within 30 days; 3. Severe heart, brain, lung, liver and kidney diseases; 4. Hb is less than 7g / dl; 5. Patients with contraindication of lung recruitment (severe uncontrolled hypotension, craniocerebral injury, intracranial hypertension, pneumothorax, bronchospasm, emphysema, pulmonary bullae); 6. Contraindications of PEEP (intracranial hypertension, hypovolemic shock or right heart failure); 7. Participants in other relevant clinical trials and those who refused to participate in the trial.
