Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) 18-70 years of age, regardless of gender; (2) patients diagnosed with retroperitoneal liposarcoma requiring tumor resection; (3) patients who have not participated in other clinical trials within 3 months; (4) patients without serious cardiac, hepatic, renal, hematologic and other important organ complications and without systemic infection; (5) patients who give informed consent, volunteer for the trial and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with uncontrolled severe diabetes mellitus, severe hypertension, and markedly abnormal coagulation; (2) Patients with a history of severe heart disease, cardiac insufficiency, and myocardial infarction; (3) Patients with chronic kidney disease and renal insufficiency; (4) Patients with various acute and chronic liver diseases with severe liver insufficiency; (5) Patients with specific allergies; (6) Women during pregnancy and lactation; (7) Patients who have other serious diseases.
