Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All of them meet the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and western medicine for vocal cord leukoplakia. 2. The course of disease ranged from 3 months to 24 months; 3. Between the ages of 18 and 70, there is no restriction on gender; 4. The patient accepts and consents to treatment; 5. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women and patients with blood diseases and other serious systemic diseases; 2. Patients diagnosed with other laryngeal diseases such as Adam's apple syphilis of larynx laryngeal papilloma; 3. Allergic to traditional Chinese medicine.
