Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Stomach and gastroesophageal junction cancer diagnosed by histopathological examination; b) The imaging is consistent with unresectable locally advanced, recurrent or metastatic gastric and gastroesophageal junction cancer; c) 18-80 years old; d) Baseline PS score 0-1 points; e) Liver and kidney function and bone marrow reserve are normal; White blood cells >= 3.0 x 10^9/ L, The absolute value of neutrophils (ANC) >= 1.5 x10^9/ L Platelet count >= 80 x10^9/ L, Hemoglobin (Hb) >= 8 g/ dL. Total bilirubin = 12 weeks h) Subjects voluntarily join the study, sign an informed consent form, and are able to comply with the visits and related procedures specified in the protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Pregnant or lactating patients; b) Patients with severe organic disease or major organ failure, such as decompensated heart and lung failure, which can not tolerate chemotherapy; patients with clinical significance of cardiomyopathy, myocardial infarction history, or uncontrolled heart rate arrhythmia; severe infection in active phase or poorly controlled clinical control; c) The second type of malignant tumor was developed in recent 5 years, except non melanoma skin cancer or malignant freckle nevus with sufficient treatment and no evidence of disease recurrence, and cancer in situ with sufficient treatment and no evidence of disease recurrence.
