Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18 years and older. 2) Chest CT image showed peripheral pulmonary lesions. 3) The peripheral pulmonary lesions are very likely to be malignant,or being considered to be pulmonary infection that need biopsy or bronchoalveolar lavage. 4) Patients have good compliance with the examination and follow-up, understand the situation of this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with severe heart failure, respiratory failure or other contraindications that unable to tolerate bronchoscopy. 2) Presence of concomitant endobronchial lesion during the brochoscopy procerdure.
