Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The study uses a nested case-control method to select 200 newly diagnosed diabetic patients identified during follow-up into the case group. The control group will be matched at a ratio of 1:1. The matching factors include age, gender, ethnicity and fasting blood glucose.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) history of cancer; 2) history of cardiovascular disease; 3) history of autoimmune diseases such as LADA; 4) acute diabetic complications, acidosis, etc.; 5) moderate to severe liver and kidney dysfunction, namely ALT /AST> is 2.5 times the upper limit of the normal range or Ccr<25ml/min; 6) Any other diseases or major systemic diseases that will affect trial participation or result evaluation.
