Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for patients with angle-closure glaucoma (1) Aged 50 years or older. (2) Phakic eyes, and the lens has varying degrees of turbidity. (3) Diagnosed as primary angle-closure glaucoma and the iridotrabecular contact is <= 180 degrees on gonioscopy. Primary angle-closure glaucoma is defined as acute or chronic increase in intraocular pressure caused by primary angle closure, with or without glaucoma, optic disc changes and visual field damage. 2. Inclusion criteria for patients with macular epiretinal membrane After slit lamp microscope, front lens and OCT examination, the diagnosis of macular epiretinal membrane was confirmed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for patients with angle-closure glaucoma (1) Late stage glaucoma (average visual field defect greater than -15dB or optic nerve cup-to-disc ratio >= 0.9). (2) Exclude patients with history of eye surgery, trauma, uveitis, and non-glaucoma optic neuropathy. (3) Except those who cannot cooperate with relevant inspections due to factors such as intelligence. 2. Exclusion criteria for patients with macular epiretinal membrane (1) Exclude patients with history of eye surgery, trauma, uveitis, optic neuropathy, etc. (2) Except those with moderate or severe lens turbidity that affect related examinations. (3) Except those who cannot cooperate with relevant inspections due to factors such as intelligence.
