Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer; 2. The primary focus of lung cancer is well controlled and does not progress; 3. Diagnosis of brain metastases from non-small cell lung cancer; 4. Brain metastases were resected and / or radiotherapy; 5. The age is more than 18 years old and less than 65 years old, both male and female; 6. The subjects signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of other primary tumors 2. Primary brain diseases: encephalitis, meningoencephalitis, brain parasitic infection, brain trauma, massive cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage. 3. Severe cardiopulmonary disease: COPD, interstitial pneumonia, coronary heart disease, heart failure 4. Abnormal liver and kidney function: serum creatinine >= 1.25 times of normal upper limit, creatinine clearance rate = 1.5 times of normal upper limit, AST and alt >= 2.5 times of normal upper limit 5. Pregnancy or lactation 6. Subjects participated in other clinical studies at the same time.
