Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pathologically proven untreated high-risk prostate cancer patients. High-risk is defined as following: 1. International Society of Urological Pathology (ISUP) pathology grade >= 4; 2. PSA >= 20 ng/ml; 3. Staging of prostate cancer cT >= 3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Meet one of the following: 1. Aged > 85 years; 2. Severe coagulation dysfunction; 3. Severe liver damage; 4. Heart and cerebrovascular accident within 6 months; 5. Combined with other malignant tumors.
