Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Two hundred patients were selected for radical resection of malignant tumor; 2. With American Society of Anesthesiologists grade I-III; 3. 100 males and 100 females will be included; 4. Participants who underwent laparoscopic surgery with supine position/laparoscopic surgery with heard-down position; 5. Participants who respectively with normal cardiac function; 6. Agree to the informed content of this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative administration of glucose-regulating drugs and abnormal liver function; 2. Intraoperative use of vasoactive drugs; 3. Patients with cognitive impairment and a history of mental illness.
