Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Suspected new sputum-negative tuberculosis patients, sputum-positive tuberculosis patients, patients with latent tuberculosis infection, lung cancer, pneumonia, and non-tuberculous mycobacteria; aged 18-50 years;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: With immune system disease, severe liver and kidney disease, metabolic disease and other concurrent diseases; use of immunosuppressive drugs; history of active tuberculosis for more than one month;
