Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20-80 years old; 2. Karnofsky score >=80; 3. Primary colorectal malignant tumor confirmed clinically and pathologically, and underwent radical operation. 4. the classic second-line regimen FOLFIRI is applied to patients whose first-line regimen is ineffective or unable to receive first-line regimen; 5. patients and their families can understand the study plan and are willing to participate in this study and provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA level IV to V; 2. receive neoadjuvant therapy (such as radiotherapy and chemotherapy, targeted therapy, etc.); 3. pregnant or lactating women; 4. severe cardiovascular disease, uncontrollable infection, or other uncontrollable concomitant diseases; 5. complicated with a history of other multiple tumor diseases or other hereditary diseases; 6. patients or their families cannot understand the conditions and objectives of this study.
