Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Non-obstructive azoospermia patients with no sperm after three centrifuges, 18 to 40 years of age, ready for micro-TESE

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of obstructive factors; abnormal karyotype or presence of Y chromosome AZF microdeletions; history of testicular inflammation; history of chemotherapy/radiotherapy; high risk of exposure to chemical contaminants
