Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Complete demographic data (age, gender, height, weight, combined diseases, blood pressure, marriage, education, smoking); 2. Have blood biochemical and immune indicators (blood electrolytes, blood routine, liver and kidney function, blood lipids, urine routine) required for research; 3. Records of follow-up outcome events (death, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases); 4. Understand and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe osteoporosis, adrenal or parathyroid disease, severe infection, anemia (Hb<60g/L), hypoproteinemia (Alb<30g/L); tumors, severe cardiovascular disease, hematopoietic and digestive diseases; 2. Patients who routinely take active supplement D or calcium; 3. Patients who are participating in other studies related to diet and drugs within one month.
