Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18-40 years old; (2) Patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment under phakic; (3) Myopia < 600 degrees; (4) Retinal tear: peripheral part, non-proliferative round hole or horseshoe tear, single or multiple tears within one oclock area; (5) PVR grading: Grade A, B, C1, C2; (6) Subretinal fluid was confined around the tear.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other eye diseases (cataract, corneal degeneration, genetic diseases), had a history of internal eye surgery, the other eye was blinde; 2. Postoperative follow-up could not be scheduled; 3. Patients with systemic diseases (such as asthma, heart failure, myocardial infarction, liver failure, kidney failure and other serious diseases) should take aspirin and other anticoagulant drugs; 4. Severe adverse reactions and systemic diseases occurred during follow-up.
