Male

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The patient's informed consent, voluntary participation in treatment research projects; (2) Male LUTS patients diagnosed with bladder outlet obstruction; (3) Aged <=85 years old; (4) Baseline IPSS is 15 cents; (5) Qmax 10ml/s.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Qmax 20ml/s; (2) neurogenic bladder dysfunction; (3) History of urinary tract damage or those who have underwent prostate or urethra surgery; (4) Known or confirmed in surgery the merger of bladder stones, tumors or prostate cancer; (5) known or confirmed in surgery and postoperative concurrent urethra stenosis or bladder neck contraction; (6) Keep the catheter.
