18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 70 years old; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria: (1) Have a long history of low back pain and recurrent attacks; (2) Cold and damp type: severe cold and pain in the waist, unfavorable turning of the side, unabated lying still, aggravated by rainy days. White and greasy tongue coating, heavy pulse; (3) Kidney-deficiency type: waist pain and fatigue, like pressing and kneading, weakness of feet and knees, worsening of fatigue when lying down, often recurrent attacks; Meet (1) + (2), or (1) + (3). 3. Informed consent and signed the corresponding informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. People with severe liver, kidney, and lung dysfunction; 3. People with mental disorders who cannot cooperate with treatment; 4. Those who are allergic to ginger and moxa; 5. Partial skin damage cannot cooperate with treatment; 6. Those who have obvious surgical indications and should not be treated conservatively; 7. The included patients received other drugs or treatments during the study period and it is difficult to evaluate the efficacy.
