Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In patients undergoing elective surgery in 100 cases, sexs, aged > 50, cardiac function I- II level, ASA I - III level, has a history of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (copd). Patients with normal, mild, moderate or severe pulmonary dysfunction were included according to the pulmonary function examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Mallampati grade three to four, and with the history of COPD acute attack within three months, general anesthesia, allergy to halogenated anesthetic drugs, a family history of malignant hyperthermia and heart diseases.
