Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18-75 years old; 2. Tinnitus occurs continuously for more than 6 months; 3. Right-handed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Rhythmic tinnitus such as vascular tinnitus (positive neck pressure test, corresponding anatomical abnormalities found on CT or MRI); 2. Otitis (ear endoscopy, pure tone hearing threshold and acoustic immittance examination, CT examination if necessary); 3. There are weekly tumorous diseases (CT or MRI examination); 4. There are other systemic diseases that are not properly controlled (blood examination); 5. There are contraindications to MRI examination; 6. There is alcohol or drug abuse; 7. Yes Family history of mental disorders or hereditary neurological diseases; 8. Routine head MRI scans have organic diseases.
