Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All children met the diagnostic criteria established by the American Heart Association (AHA) as amended by the American Multidisciplinary Committee in 2017: Fever lasts for 5 days or more, excluding other diseases with similar manifestations; Extremities: Acute phase: erythema of palm (foot), finger (toe) end swelling;Convalescent period: 2 ~ 3 weeks occurrence finger (toe) nail edge desquamination; Pleomorphic rash; Both sides of the ball combined membrane hyperemia without secretions; (5) Changes in the lips and mouth: redness of the lips and mouth, chapped lips, diffuse congestion of the bayberry tongue, mouth and pharynx mucosa; Cervical lymph node lesions (diameter > 1.5 cm), usually unilateral; Control group inclusion criteria: other febrile diseases, meeting one of the following conditions; Fever for 3-5 days; With skin rash, cervical lymph node enlargement, hand and foot swelling, perianal flushing with dandruff and other symptoms; Blood routine examination indicated that CRP>=30mg/L and erythrocyte sedimentation rate >=40mm/h.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The body temperature can be reduced to normal after antibiotic use in patients with fever or respiratory infection who have been previously diagnosed with KD.
