Group 2:Stent implantation + tumor resection 1 day before TAE + tumor resection
Group 3:Stent implantation +and TAC + tumor resection

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of malignant colorectal obstruction is clear; 2. Must meet the surgical indications without contraindication; 3. Patient's informed consent; 4. The guide wire can pass through the tumor obstruction to reach the proximal tumor.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Surgical contraindications; 2. The patient refused stent treatment; 3. Different guide wires pass through the tumor obstructive segment.
