Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: infants who met the diagnostic criteria for preterm infants admitted to our hospital and sub centers from October 2020 were included, where gestational week was calculated from the first day of the last menstruation. Those whose pregnancies terminated before 37 weeks were called preterm infants.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: infants with history of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy, intracranial infection, hemorrhage of cerebral parenchyma, the presence of metabolic disorders, gene, chromosome abnormalities, congenital malformations and other premature infants in laboratory examination; the guardians did not agree to participate in the study.
