Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Emergency patients with repeated/continuous chest pain and/or chest tightness within 12 hours; gender is not limited; age is between 18-90 years old
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: On admission to the hospital, chest pain and/or chest tightness lasted more than 12 hours; patients with severely poor prognosis due to advanced malignant tumors and other diseases; patients with recent history of obvious trauma such as fractures, and experienced electrical defibrillation and electrical defibrillation during this diagnosis and treatment. Cardioversion, chest compressions, and other events that may affect blood biochemical indicators; patients have a history of acute myocardial infarction or undergoing coronary intervention within 1 month; patients who have CKD5 in the past and require long-term maintenance of hemodialysis; pregnancy or breastfeeding Women in the early stage; patients with abnormal mental status, mental retardation or unable to take care of themselves, and unable to carry out effective follow-up; those who refuse to participate in the study due to personal reasons
