Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) When screening, the studied eye was diagnosed with chronic angle closure glaucoma with cataract, and the IOP was more than 21 mmHg after the maximum tolerance drug treatment; 2) When screening, the studied eye was diagnosed with acute angle closure glaucoma with chronic stage and remission combined with cataract. The IOP was greater than 21 mmHg after the maximum tolerance drug treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) At baseline, the studied eye had any active intraocular or periocular infection/ active intraocular inflammation (e.g., infectious conjunctivitis, keratitis, scleritis, endophthalmitis, infectious blepharitis, uveitis); 2) The late stage of primary angle closure glaucoma, the severely damaged optic nerve, C / D >=0.8; 3) neovascular glaucoma (NVG), secondary glaucoma with uncontrollable inflammation, ocular surgery history, monocular blindness, and diopter opacity affecting the evaluation of optic nerve.
