18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with endometrial cancer, ovarian cancer, cervical cancer, etc. and to be scheduled to undergo anesthesia surgery; 2. ASA I - II; 3. aged 18-65 years; 4. The operation method was open surgery; 5. After consultation, they agreed to accept clinical trial; 6. without history of allergy to analgesics and sedatives; 7. signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with heart function injury, liver and kidney dysfunction, nervous system diseases, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, autoimmune diseases, pregnant women or lactating women, mental state abnormalities who can not cooperate to complete the relevant treatment and testing were excluded.
