Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 40-80 years; (2) patient and family willing to cooperate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) carotid artery stenosis is severe, the stenosis rate is 70% ~ 99% , or total occlusion needs stent implantation; (2) serious brain, lung primary disease and liver and kidney dysfunction; (3) allergic to Chinese Medicine; (4) accompanied with malignant disease; (5) severe inflammatory disease; (6) persons with hemorrhagic diseases; (7) Malignant Arrhythmias; (8) persons with a history of acute cerebrovascular events, acute coronary syndrome or severe trauma within 6 months; (9) critically ill hypertension; (10) psychiatric patients; (11) participants in other clinical trials within 1 month.
