Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Fully understand this research and voluntarily sign the informed consent form; 2) Between 18 and 70 years old; 3) Patients with rectal cancer with clear pathology; 4) The surgical plan is to remove the tumor and close the distal end and the proximal stoma; 5) Have not received any treatment for colorectal cancer before; 6) ECOG score 0-1 points; 7) Good blood function: hemoglobin >=8g/dL, absolute neutrophil count =1.5×109/L, platelet count =100×109/L; 8) Good liver and kidney function and coagulation function: blood creatinine, total bilirubin, transaminase and various coagulation indexes are within the normal range.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Multiple primary colorectal cancers at the same time; 2) Patients with symptoms of intestinal obstruction before surgery (patients who cannot pass the preoperative colonoscopy but without obstruction symptoms are not an absolute contraindication) and patients with suspected perforation; 3) Patients with severe anemia or organ insufficiency; 4) Patients with active infection; 5) Patients with previous malignant tumors.
