Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18 to 80 years male or female; 2) Patients with new stroke (first or second recurrence) within 24h were diagnosed as ischemic stroke by imaging; 3) In patients with hemiplegia, muscle strength of upper and lower limbs was 92%, quiet heart rate 40 to 110 BPM, body temperature no higher than 38?;Exercise intervention may be performed with the consent of the attending physician; 5) Understand and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with cerebral ischemia and stroke diagnosed by imaging; 2) The disease continues to deteriorate within 2 days after onset, with unstable vital signs; 3) Patients with severe cardiopulmonary diseases who may be at risk due to exercise; 4) Poor cognitive level, unable to understand the instructions of rehabilitation therapists; 5) The limb on the healthy side also has a disability and cannot complete normal movement; 6) Patients participated in other clinical trials.
