Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Compliance with the diagnosis of sepsis in Sepsis 3.0 (2016 edition); (2) Aged >=18 years; (3) Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who have participated in other clinical trials within the past month; (2) Psychiatric patients; (3) patients with hemorrhagic disease and thromboembolic disease who underwent major surgery within the past three months; (4) Patients with severe liver and kidney failure and patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; (5) Disagree to participate in this study.
