Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The age ranged from newborn to 18 years old; 2. cavernous transformation of portal vein was diagnosed by ultrasound or CT; 3. Suffering from the gastrointestinal bleeding; 4. Suffering from hypersplenism; 5. the well-developed intrahepatic left and right portal vein developed well with a diameter of >= 2mm.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) portal hypertension caused by liver fibrosis; 2) the occluded left portal vein occlusion or its diameter is less than 2 mm; 3) the diameter of right portal vein is less than 2 mm; 4) The children undergoing a failure Rex shunt.
