Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of diabetic foot gangrene; 2. Grade 2-3 of diabetic foot; 3. Aged 30 to 80 years old; 4. Understand, agree to participate in this study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Diabetic ketosis, ketoacidosis in the last three months; 3. Severe heart, liver, kidney and other complications, or other serious primary diseases; 4. Psychiatric patients; 5. Neurovascular lesions caused by other causes; 6. Allergic to the relevant drugs in the treatment plan, not suitable for the treatment plan; 7. Have a history of cancer or other intestinal inflammatory diseases; 8. Have had any bowel surgery in five years; 9. Invasive medical intervention 3 months before sampling.
