Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with definite pathological classification of gastric cancer; 2. TNM stage IV; 3. The number of treatment cycles prescribed by first-line chemotherapy or targeted combined with first-line chemotherapy was completed, and the patients receiving single-drug chemotherapy or targeted combined with single-drug chemotherapy were treated with intervention; 4. Aged 18 to 75 years male or female; 5. Karnofsky score >=60; 7. Inspection and inspection standards: Hb>100g/L, white blood cell (WBC) >=4.0x10^9/L, neutrophil (ANC) >=2.0x10^9/L, platelet (PLT) >=100x10^9/L, normal cardiac, liver and renal function; 8. The informed consent of the patient was signed and the patient was followed up for a long time.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. TNM stage I-III; 2. Patients with double or multiple cancers; 3. Pregnant women, lactating women, children and the mentally ill.
