Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Anyone who meets the diagnostic criteria of knee degenerative osteoarthritis. To illustrate, one has knuckle pain, his or her X-ray indicates knee joint osteophyte formation, and meets any of the following items: (1) aged above 50 years; (2) knee stiffness of the affected knee relieves within 30 minutes; (3) develop bony crepitus; 2. Radiological Kellgren-Lawrene scale is stage I to stage III; 3. Range of motion of the knee is over 90 degrees and flexion deformity of the knee is less than 10 degrees without genual ligament leisions; 4. Stick to regular follow-up plan under doctors' advice.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Any circumstances under which the patient cannot cooperate with or tolerate the examinations. For example, severe organ function insufficiency (e.g. Heart, liver and renal function deficiency), central nerve system disease, tumor bearing history and psychopathy; 2. Pregnancy; 3. Body mass index (BMI) above 40 kg/m^2.
