Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of depression in the fifth edition of the American Psychiatric Association's Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders; 2. Hamilton Depression Scale HAMD-17 14 to 24 scores; 3. Aged 18 to 60 years old, junior high school education or above, can understand the contents of various mental health assessment scales; 4. Can operate smart phones.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Elimination of axis I mental disorders other than depression through the interview of the MINI-International Neuropsychiatric Interview; 2. Mental disorders caused by severe physical diseases, mental retardation, organic diseases, psychoactive substances and alcohol abusers; 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. Those who are not collaborators and whose clinical data are incomplete; 5. The researchers believe that there are other conditions that are not suitable to participate in the clinical trial; 6. In the past three months, he has a history of electroshock, rTMS and other physiotherapy, and has received psychotherapy in the past six months.
