Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the 2014 "Canada Chiropractic Evidence-Based Guidelines for Adult Neck Pain" diagnostic criteria for chronic non-specific neck pain; 2. Aged 20 to 50 years male or female; 3 months -24months in duration; 4. No relevant treatment has been received; 5. cervical functional disability index (NDI) score >=10 and visual analogue scale (VAS) >=3 at recruitment time; 6. Understand and agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or other visceral diseases, or those who are undergoing clinical trials for other drugs or undergoing treatment for other diseases; 2. Patients with cervical tuberculosis, fracture, dislocation, space-occupying lesion in spinal canal, rheumatism, and a history of neck surgery (positive and lateral X-ray film); 3. Neck trauma, abnormal appearance, such as scars, large pigmentation, ulcers, papules, etc.; 4. Signs of disc compression (compression of nerves, blood vessels or spinal cord); 5. Definite history of infection and genetic history; 6. Women who have pregnancy plans and are pregnant or lactating (HCG testing); 7. Those with severe visual, hearing, cognitive impairment, sensory aphasia, etc., which affect the functional evaluation; 8. Alcoholism and/or psychosomatic disorders, substance abuse and substance dependence (including analgesics).
