Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients had heart failure after myocardial infarction, and signed informed consent of patients, and each patient had at least 6 months of follow-up information. (patients aged between 40 to 75 years, with a clear history of myocardial infarction, admitted to hospital for heart failure, with ejection fraction < 40% confirmed by echocardiography, excluding tumor and patients with life expectancy less than one year); 2. The patient has previously used any of ACEI (perindopril, enalapril, fosinopril) or ARB drugs (valsartan, losartan, telmisartan, irbesartan) or Arni (valsartan, losartan, telmisartan, irbesartan) or any of the beta blockers (metoprolol, bisoprolol, carvedilol) and spironolactone to form a three drug combination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: tumor and patients with life expectancy less than one year
