Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Children aged 0 to 18 years old; (2) According to Gregory criteria to diagnose AS, the liver and kidney functions are currently normal; (3) Have not used anti-rheumatic drugs such as hydroxychloroquine before.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Abnormal liver function: ALT and AST are more than twice the upper limit of normal; (2) Kidney damage: evaluate eGFR<90ml/(min×1.73 m2) according to Schwartz formula; (3) Patients with severe heart disease, liver and kidney disease, eye disease, and other serious organic diseases; (4) Patients with chronic gastrointestinal disorders with obvious digestion and absorption disorders; (5) Those who are known to be allergic or contraindicated to study drugs or control drugs; (6) The researcher believes that there are any other factors that are not suitable for selection.
