Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 200 cases of GOLD 1-4 stable COPD patients diagnosed by standard spirometry and 400 cases of retention rate impaired spirometry subjects (PRISm) were continuously included in the respiratory department, thoracic surgery clinic and hospitalization. 400 subjects with normal PFT. Recruited through the Department of Respiration, Thoracic Surgery Clinic and advertisements of East China Hospital affiliated to Fudan University. This project has been approved by the Ethics Committee of East China Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University (see attachment), and all patients have signed an informed consent form. All subjects completed dual gas phase CT examination within 2 weeks before and after PFT measurement. Case collection period: August 2020-2022 August.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) History of lung surgery; (2) Severe thoracic deformity; (3) Lung infection, pulmonary consolidation, atelectasis, massive pleural effusion, severe pulmonary interstitial fibrosis and other diseases that affect lung analysis; (4) Patients with severe bronchial asthma, tuberculosis, diffuse bronchiectasis and pulmonary hypertension and other respiratory diseases; (5) Patients with acute pulmonary embolism or pulmonary infarction; (6) History of occupational dust exposure.
