Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary school education or above; 2. Mini-Mentate state Examination(MMSE)score:Illiterate=1; 5. Hachinskilnchemic Score(HIS)<=4; 6. Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)<=7; 7. The patient and his/her family members gave informed consent and signed the consent form voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The presence of other types of dementia, such as vascular dementia, lewy body dementia, and Parkinson's disease dementia.Or there are other central nervous system diseases that may cause dementia, such as brain tumors, brain trauma, central nervous system inflammatory or demyelinating diseases, and normal cranial pressure hydrocephalus; (2) other systemic diseases that can cause dementia; (3) significant psychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia and severe depression, as well as alcohol abuse or substance use disorders; (4) serious eyesight, hearing obstacle that cannot cooperate examination.
