Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: population without significant symptom of lower extremity atherosclerosis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) with significant symptom of lower extremity atherosclerosis according with FontaineII-IV. FontaineII-IV criteria IIa stage: slight limb; IIb stage: moderate and severe limb; III stage: rest pain IV stage: ulcer or gangrene. (2) thromboangiitis obliterans,arteritis,Raynaud disease,cold injurying vascular diseases and other ischemic disease in the extremities; (3) acute infection;severe heart,liver or kidney failure; short-term surgery or trauma; (4) consciousness disorder; cerebral dysfunction.
